The Thessalonians were real people in a real world with a faith, love, and hope that was real. No pretenders. No fakes. No hypocrisy. Just real Christians who were confident in their faith, comforting in their love, and captivated by the hope of the imminent, any-day return of their Savior, Jesus Christ, to earth. Their lives impacted everyone they touched. The more real we are, the more contagious we become.
