Homeschool Chapels

A free, weekly livestream and podcast ministry of The Wilds designed for middle school and high school students. Published throughout the school year, each episode encourages students to grow in their walk with God as we study a variety of topics, struggles, and lessons together through a biblical lens.

Livestream

Be encouraged and grow

Created for middle school and high school students, The Wilds Homeschool Chapels are designed to help young believers dig into God’s Word. Hosted by Joe Kopp, Director of The Wilds of New England, our weekly livestreams contain engaging lessons, thought-provoking discussions, and Christ-centered challenges. Each 30-minute episode is also accompanied by an optional homework assignment that encourages further critical thinking and personal application, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

New episodes are livestreamed here on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. ET | September through May.

We have answers

What age group is this designed for?

This is designed for teenagers in Grades 7-12, but anyone is welcome to join us!

When can I join the livestream?

You will be able to join the livestream 5-10 minutes before 11:00 a.m. ET.

If I missed the livestream, can I still watch the video?

Yes! You can find past videos in our archive section on this page or visit our YouTube channel to watch our complete collection of Homeschool Chapels.

Is there anything I can do to continue learning after each chapel?

Yes! Each week we offer an online “homework assignment” that is a great way to apply and think about the lesson that you just streamed. Each assignment has 3-4 follow-up questions and ends with a short section where you can ask us any questions you had from the lesson. Questions are answered during the next week’s livestream. You can also check the resource tab at the bottom of this page for additional resources.

How do I sign up for Homeschool Chapel?

No, Homeschool Chapels do not require any type of sign-up or weekly commitment for students to participate. We do offer a weekly reminder email that can be emailed to parents each Wednesday morning and contains that week’s livestream link.
